Returns and Repairs:

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of you.  Refunds and exchanges will be granted for items returned in original condition accompanied by a receipt or packing slip.

Ordering/Shipping:

Orders are accepted through our secure website, through our Etsy store, by email or by phone.  You will receive a confirmation email with your order number and total at the conclusion of your order process.  All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Turnaround time for custom orders is approximately five business days. Orders are shipped via USPS unless otherwise arranged. Missouri residents will be charged applicable sales tax of 6.225%.

Payment:

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Checking/Savings account payments are all accepted through our secure Paypal checkout.  

Privacy Policy:

All information submitted to us via The Key of A website is kept strictly confidential.  None of this information is ever sold or shared with anyone else.

If you’ve joined our mailing list, we may contact you occasionally via email for special sales and new product updates.  If you would like to be removed from this list, simply “reply” to the email and write “remove” in the subject line.
