The skeleton key is an old cabinet type key. They are combined with an detailed antique silver wing which are very popular in jewelry today. Together, the mixed metals are very fashionable this season and the look is similar to a necklace that Stephen Tyler wore in several episodes of this year's American Idol. How cool is that!!???
